No wonder why there has been so many Branch closings. They have no clue what they’re doing and waste your time. So glad we have other banks to do business with.
Bankers are unhelpful and rude, no wonder citizens bank is going out of business
Helpful and friendly at all branches I have visitedso far. Just wish all branches were open after 4pm for the people who have jobs that prevent us from getting to bank earlier.
