employees at this branch are the best
This is absolutely no reflection on the people who were there and working. however I came in on a Friday afternoon to be the 3rd person in a line of 7 waiting to have transactions done with the teller. There was one teller available and a manager who was not able to take overflow. Im bewildered as to why a manager would not be allowed to handle overflow.if someone calls our, someone needs to step in on a friday. Poor management.

I had a business account with this branch for 4 years. I have had top notch service from every employee. They're customer service skills excellent I would recommend to all small businesses
Worse experience ever! The branch manager Mona Yagnik racially profiled me. Very rude and unprofessional. She was very aggressive. No type of people skills. Also the after hours 800 customer service has extremely long hold times and transfer you to every other department except what you need.
