Was going to apply for credit card... Said Great chance for receiving it... First time she typed in my information she "missed a zero" and put it thru... I was denied and she single handedly made my score go down... After she typed in the correct information and she said I was approved.... Letter in the mail saying I was denied... Thought it was a letter about the first time... I waited a week... Nothing. Called and it was for the "approved" card.... Switching to PNC.
The Manager of the Monongahela branch inside Giant Eagle Susan Amoroso was very rude and basically calling me a liar I switched banks and she told me when I make a deposit my funds would be available immediately and she was very rude stating she never said that when I know for a fact she did or I would have never opened a account with them so I advise everyone to go to another bank like PNC which I'm going to do and I hope action gets taken against Susan Amoroso for her rudeness
