Everyone is very friendly. Fees are like every other bank
The tellers are great, love them all, but the bank itself is TERRIBLE!!! I would advise banking with the cartel before Citizens Bank. I was provided and charged for "optional" overdraft coverage that I declined. A simple electronic transfer advertised to run in three days will actually take a minimum of a business week to process, so if your attempting to cover an overdraft before it occurs via transfer, you'll rack up a $30 fee every two days in addition to the $35 fee until they decide to process the request.
