Whenever there's a glitch with a transaction or fee, I can call this branch, and, without a whole lot of voice menus to fight through, I get a real person who quickly addresses the issue. Kudos to Greg today who was professional, friendly, thorough, and solved my problem right away.

ATM took money and they gave me the run around for the "claim" . Every branch sucks and isn't helpful.

Over two months and I still don't have access to my account but keep getting threatened with account fees. I receive at least 2-3 of the same exact letters in the mail for a credit card I've already declined interest in twice. Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. No one at customer service or the branch can see to help resolve anything. I keep being told it should be fixed but nothing has changed.
