Great customer service and banking
Everyone is professonal, welcoming and efficent. They recognize you by name and always welcome you. They are truly a wonderful team and a pleasure to do all your banking needs with
It is pretty sad that a bank can't break a $100 bill without a account. I can understand a check, because they might not have an avenue to recover cash paid out on a bad check. But do they not trust the federal government? This is part of the reason I won't bank with them anymore.
It's pretty bad when you take a companies Citizens Bank check to a Citizens Bank, and they, Citizens Bank, will not cash their own check! VERY bad customer service and customer relations management! Why would you not cash a check that is your own banks check???? As long as someone has valid proof of identification and you can validate the check, there should be NO Problems. A person should NOT have to have an account with your bank to cash a check from your bank. Very SAD that Citizens Bank operates like this.
