Charter One Very good and friendly service. This branch is inside a grocery store, so it has longer hours than a lot of banks do. I always get right in and out. I'm glad I work close to this branch.
poor customer service,lack of knowledge State Rd Charter One directed me to this branch to convert my foreign currency.The teller,assisted by managment,worked on this for 40 minutes.I was then asked to sign a receipt for the transaction to process.Ten minutes later I am told they could not process the transaction because they did not have the proper supplies (bag to place money in).I drove directly to First Merit.The young teller here did not have any experience with this transaction either.She was able to get on the phone a... read more
This branch is not so good I like charter one bank, but i will not recommend this branch. The manager here seems very lazy, she is not very helpful. And for things she can help me with, she will just refer me to the customer service line. Not very responsible.
