We're glad to have a great place to bank.
I don't even live there anymore. Moved to Florida but I have stayed with Citizens. They are simply the best and still have all modern features to make banking convenient anywhere
Trust department needs improvement. I requested a form to be faxed to me. The girl said she would mail it. Seven days later....I'm STILL waiting for it. I called again, and she must've "forgotten" to send it. Now I'm waiting on a fax. Funny, when the bank wants their money it's an emergency. Tables turn when it comes to them having to pay it out.
