Horrible service and the representative would not let me explain my situation and just read me answers off what seemed like pre-made notecards. Avoid all of Citizens bank products! If you see their green logo walk the other way!
What kind of bank hours are these! I am already at work by the time you open and not even off by the time you close!! Just shut the bank down and put a Quick Trip!
Worst bank to bank with ever. $30 overdraft fee is freaking ridiculous. Literally stealing from the elderly. Also they are never open pass 3 PM. They have a worthless ATM that you cannot deposit cash in, but they do night deposit just don't forget to bring a deposit slip. Worthless bank! Don't waste your time here, go to Frost they have a $100 limit for overdraft and won't charge you the FEE!!!
Security guard is trash, car broke down in their parking lot and he came out to tell me I cant park there all rude, what the hell am I supposed to do if my car doesn't start. Dont be a trash human. Stop hiring trash people, show ur rent-a-cops how to treat people.
