Customer service is very bad! I will go somewhere else
Customer service they are rude very rude, definitly taking my service somewhere else.
The service provided has been very bad and outdated. Additionally, checks are being declined and returned unnecessarily. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
After having a horrible experience at Old National Bank, Citizen's feels so refreshing and accommodating! Small town feel yet still full service bank
Only bank here if you don't mind having you bills returned or your card declined when there is money in your account to cover it. Something is VERY wrong with that. - if you and/or your business like being embarrassed at the grocery store, or restaurants, or like losing out on online deals because Citizens denies your charge when you have money IN YOUR ACCOUNT - this IS the bank for you - if you do not like the embarrassment - look elsewhere!
