I had left a 1 star review previously, due to a few negative interactions I had with a single employee at this location. Within 24 hours, I received a phone call from executive management apologizing for the actions of this particular employee and assured me that proper steps would be taken regarding my complaint. I have been a customer of CSB for 7 years. I had always went to the New Castle location and have never had a negative interaction. The employees there have been so helpful and pleasant to work with. However, I can’t say the same about the Pendleton location. I have recently moved and have had to change the location of my service to the Pendleton branch, as it’s far closer to my home now. Love love the small town feel!! Very personal touch. After a couple of times over the course of several months, not every week, they get to know your name and you don’t even have to tell them anymore. Very warm and friendly. They make it so so easy no matter what you’re wanting to get done banking wise. I feel like I have a lot of personal bankers in there.
So nice, so friendly, love the Pendleton branch.
