Horrible customer service and horrible institution. Mistakes were made on my account more than 2.5 years ago by an employee there at the Freeport branch that has hurt me ever since. Countless attempts to get a hold of someone via email, over the phone, on the mobile app and no one ever reached out to me. Finally, today i get a hold of the CEO, Amy Baker. Completely worthless and unwilling to help. She stated I am to pay for a mistake the institution made on my behalf, otherwise its bound to be a legal battle. Bank somewhere ... read more
