Went to Caldwell State Bank today to work on some business that we needed help with. The Lady (Jackie) that helped us went out of her way to help us solve our issues. Thank you so much for the help.
Nice people! My problem is with the way the bank is set up. Over the past two years I have paid over $2000 in overdraft fees and “service charges”. This is the only bank I have ever been with that actually charges you money per month to keep money at their bank that they can make interest off of. If that’s not a scam I don’t know what is. They are also very much behind the times with technology, they have an app that barely works and no support for Apple Pay or any kind of mobile banking. Friendly staff and good service
Horribly condescending, the person we spoke with should be fired and never allowed to interact with people ever again. It's beyond me how someone could even have gotten a job with that type of behavior.
