Don't trust this bank with your pet rock, they will steal it from you just like they stole the money from my late grandmother, they've been stealing from and scamming my late grandmother for years before her passing, and just had to get one last win over a victim who cant defend themselves, even in death they will do what they can to screw you over.

Worst bank on the planet. Horrible to work with and will work hard to scam you out of your money. When my husband got guardianship of his mother he called to set up a joint account between them so he could help pay her bills. What he didn’t realize is they didn’t set up a joint account, instead they set up an account in her name with his name tagged as guardian on the account. The Whitney, Texas branch scammed my grandma for many years, and then when she died, refused to give us the funds that she had in her account for her funeral. They cheated her in life and even in death. If I could, I’d give a zero star review.

Congratulations on stealing an old ladies money. You’ve been doing it from the beginning and then you did it even in her death. Well done.
