2 different times they have held good checks on me for 7 days and said they couldn’t verify funds until the time finally ran out. The staff is incompetent and the service is horrible. Several people I know have had their accounts frozen or locked because nobody has authority to do anything. Worst bank I’ve ever seen!!!
Closed my account and didn't inform me
Waited in the drive thru more than 10 minutes as they serviced others who hadnt been waiting as long as I had been. Since cadence took over this bank has been horrible.
