I suspect this bank is able to thrive because of a lack in local competition. I received the worst customer care of my life thus far at this bank over a very simple matter. I was made to feel that my business was not wanted let alone a priority. I cannot recommend Citizens State to anyone.
Been with this bank at least 20 years. Paid off many .loans after i sold my house asked for a loan and got not im switching banks
I called this branch and asked if there was a notary available, and was told yes. My husband brought down his paperwork for Paramedic school that he needed notarized, but was told by the notary that since we weren't customers that she couldn't help us. Didn't even ask what it was for. We are newer to the area and have been looking to switch banks for a while. Thank you for helping us rule this one out.
