I banked with Citizens State Bank beginning in 2005. It changed to Spirit of Texas, then to Simmons Bank. I had to close my account and start a new one in 2020 due to divorce. Overall I had a decent experience throughout. However, when I moved an hour away from my nearest branch is when problems began. Every time I made a mobile deposit they would hold a large portion of my money. Their policies for Zelle were ridiculous.
