This bank, especially Andrea, has been nothing but outstanding! Everything I need help with she gets it done no questions asked. Compared to major banks, and nation wide banks, I prefer Citizens on Memorial Drive.
Super helpful, polite, and considerate. Even without tap to pay, they're the best place to bank in New Castle Indiana.
