there just like all other banks!! tell u lies to get ur business and then you'll get a notice in the mail for charges that u shouldn't be charged for!!! I definitely won't be recommending this bank to anyone!!!
RecommendedWe have always enjoyed the “hometown” feel of this bank, however in the last year the customer service has gone way downhill! Wait times are extremely long! Maybe they need to hire another teller!!
