Great customer service, friendly. Lydia helped me get my debit cards replace a while back now but was prompt and diligent. I highly recommend them for your banking needs with a hometown welcome.
I've been banking with Citizens for close to 15 years and my dad has been a customer for 20 years and they have been wonderful to us. Last week, I received some help from the employees on a personal matter and I can't express how much that helped me.
