This is one of the poorest run institutions we have ever dealt with. We make loan payments above the scheduled amount. Several times these were miss posted. They changed our checking account to a different level of service without letting us know and suddenly were receiving monthly fees. The lobby is loud and staff aren’t always very professional. We feel this is more of a coffee cafe than a professional banking institution. We paid off a mortgage loan July 20 th. Today is September 20th and still no paid off paperwork. Th... read more
Citizens bank is the most incredible, friendly and cheerfull. Never at a bank could I get better service. The staff is always happy and upbeat.
