This bank has been consistently unreliable and unprofessional. The information they provide is often inconsistent, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. For example, I was told they couldn't set up autopay using my Capital One account because it "had to be a bank account opened through them"—even though they had done it before. Watch your deposits. They have put my deposits in the wrong account several times. They admit a mistake on their part but refuse to rectify the issue. I also accidentally dropped a bill in the night deposit with my deposit that was supposed to go to the post office. I called promptly when they opened and the teller had already opened my mail and deposited the check.
