Seems to me that they don't care about the condition of a vehicle when I received my vehicle I noticed that there was no Cadillac converter on it don't know how a place could sell a vehicle and stand behind if it does not have a Cadillac converter on it on it managers okay assistant manager harasses people give out private information out to family members that you don't give consent to to overall a crappy experience The vehicle has not run in two months did not offer to help fix it or knock your money off of it so how's tha... read more

We highly recommend Citizens. We have been customers for years with them, specifically the Kingsport branch. We have gotten several loans from them, paid them off, and went back again and again. They have been the simplest process and have all been very helpful. Shout out to Paula, Breanna, and Jade.
I highly recommend!!! Jade was so helpful when I first called. She was very polite and was sincerely invested in helping me. The approval was fast, and my credit is far from perfect, so I was thankful and happy. When I went into the office, Jade helped me with documentation and emails, I am not good at that, but she was quick happy to help. She got me the money i needed with great, affordable payments.
