Horrible bank. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone other than my mother in law. Communication is terrible. Please do not ever try to get a loan from them. You will be a sitting duck for MONTHS.
Would give this bank zero stars if I could. We’ve been strung along to get a loan for a trailer for over 2 months just to get to the week we are suppose to close and be told they aren’t “investing” in trailers right now and don’t want to give us the money. A big waste of time and energy and I wouldn’t recommend this bank to a single person. You can never get ahold of the loan officer as it is and if he did his job right we would have gotten this information months ago and not wasted our time. Horrible horrible bank.
