Called and had the pleasure of being assisted by Diane. She was kind, professional and polite and reminded me why I love the Poconos.
Mary from IT was very rude and short. She didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence and automatically cut me off and hung up the call. That was very unprofessional. I normally don’t leave reviews but the way Mary spoke to me has me baffled. Besides that experience, Tameka and Diane are phenomenal. Both ladies are very personable, patient and understanding. They’re the only reasons why I still have a bank account with this branch.
We worked with Diane Burgos at Citizens Bank and she is such a gods send,wonderful person who made all our business transactions very easy and uncomplicated,all in all a great experience.
This is an amazing bank. The tellers are very receptive and attentive. The service is great and fast. I will definitely continue banking here.
