Good bank and very pleasant employees
Always a pleasure talking to everyone in the Taylor Branch. We have been doing our banking there since 1987. ❤️ Them
Not all but a good portion of the workers especially the manager very ignorant and arrogant. Make you feel like they're better than you whenever you go there to do business. Went there to cash a check at the drive-thru and they never even put the money in an envelope they just stuck it in the drawer. Hard for some of them to say good morning or hello
Worst customer service experience I have ever had. We went in to open an account , did all the paperwork got our account numbers and online access. We made deposits into both savings and checking accounts to open them. What we were never told was that we did not really have an account until the powers that be approve it. So they took our money and deposited it an account that did not really exist.
