Terrible service. Very arrogant and ignorant. They need to be retrained for customer service. They act like they're better than you but they're not they're there to serve you so they're not better than you. ***** There is absolutely no confusion I know where I went you're a little bit up the road from Sheetz. You're right across the street from a physical therapy building I know where I went you just don't like that I gave the review that is deserved.
We have used Citizens for years. They are an excellent bank to work with whether it is a regular checking account or a mortgage. All of the employees are terrific, especially, the branch manager Kim, who helped us with a recent loan. She answered every question and was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Citizens Savings bank.
