My business partner and I came into this bank with intentions on opening up a business account. We later found out that we were looking for CITIZENS BANK not CITIZENS SAVINGS BANK (GPS error), however we were extremely appalled by how we were treated. When we walked in the 2nd door had a sign saying to buzz the door in order to be let in. When we did a rep/teller from the inside said (she spoke through the intercom) that she needed to see identification. Naturally we were shocked and confused but we complied.
