Have been able to be helped by Brittany and her staff, enjoy the friendly, helpful attitudes , they go above and beyond ( Thanks Paula).
Do NOTT do business with this location. Robin is extremely rude and unprofessional and the employees at this location like to add extra things onto your loan like life insurance on an auto loan without even asking you! They sneak it into your paperwork and you sign it and that’s their excuse, “you signed it.” Then laugh over the phone when you discover their mistakes and call to ask. Unless you want a 30% interest rate and to be charged thousands of dollars in unneeded coverage, go somewhere else.
