Horrible bank. They make excuses as to why you can't open a new bank acct. No previous issues with any bank ever, yet Elizabeth (manager) says I can't have an account here because I closed an acct 2 months ago(nothing owed) and they see that I use zelle to send my wife money.?.?.? I think it's because Elizabeth has some personal issues with me. They go by the "good ol boy" routine. Use a better bank, any other bank should work.
I was charged for a deficit I did not incur, allegedly from 13 years ago, with no prior notification nor documentation save for a copy of a letter allegedly sent at the time. Not a good way to keep customers.
