Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with, if you want your money to literally disappear go with it! Had 137 yesterday, now my account is negative and the only charge on my app is for $25. Wonder what happened to the rest?

False Advertising... Website shows a new CD with a rate of 5.65% APY, but there is no disclaimer it is only valid for current bank customers. Is this illegal?
Very disappointed. I have been banking with this bank for two years with a trust for my brother. They have a great CD rate available. I was told these rates are only available for current customers. I told them I have two accounts and was unclear why that should matter. I was told the rates were made available to the public and the owners decided to change that to customers that the bank could have a personal relationship with.
