Absolute worst bank to have your money in. Banks policies are clearly list online, but this brand does not honor them. Tellers and manager are rude. Will be closing all my accounts. Absolut Trash Bank.
Called the call center this morning don't know if this is the place but was calling g about my bill pay to see where my. Heck was at and the lady said why are you using bill pay for i said because it's my right to use bill pay zell or what ever this was my first poor service I have had but if I am grilled i will find another bank
MOST UNPATRIOTIC BANK IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. Went in to the CNB branch in Ennis Tx to open a business account. We've been banking with this branch for the last 5 years with our non-profit. That account keeps a monthly average that never drops below $10K. I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran business owner and I was ref7sed service by the branch. We were told they no longer accept non profit business. I explained we just want a business account.
