Complete waste of time! The employees gathered all of my information to open an account and then notified me that I could not open an account based off the "relationship-based" policy and stated that you Must have a certain amount of transactions in order to open the account.
I came today to dispute to get my money back and they were so helpful and understanding!! I always like the employees there !! Keep up the Amazing work!!
Feliz con mi cuenta por muchos años,,pero entro una manager Americana súper racista🤬el día d hoy 5/2/2024 me cerró mi cuenta porque ocupaba dos identificaciones cuando me abrieron la cuenta con solo una ,me gritó me dijo que me fuera o hablaba al policía solo porque yo estaba hablando por teléfono con un representante de ese banco ,la peor experiencia en mi vida,nose como pueden tener gente,desde que ella empezó era despota grosera ,y siempre mal encarada
