I was charged for an alleged deficit which I did not incur from 13 years ago, with no prior notification of that alleged deficit save for a copy of a letter CNB allegedly sent at the time. Surprise!

Great place
Don't go to the branch in downtown Waxahachie. Went there this morning to start an account and meet with Christa the branch manager. She was very unprofessional and didn't even listen to what I was trying to explain. Was wanting to open an account locally for my wife and I, but she didn't want our business unless we transferred all our banking over to citizens. I am a small business owner with several long term accounts at different banks and have never experienced this type of customer service. I definitely will not close o... read more
