This bank has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Expect long holds on deposited checks, 7 days to be exact. They are not worried about you needing the funds, especially if it is causing your account to go in the negative while withholding the funds, that way they can collect as many NSF fees as possible. After many negative experiences with this bank, we have decided to close our accounts. Bank elsewhere!!!

Most inconvenient bank. If you want a bank that is never available when you need them then go here. Banks that close during lunch hours make no sense. Even worse they are closed on the weekends. If you want convenience go elsewhere.
My preferred bank by far! I stopped using the drive through and started going in store. This is due to atmosphere, the staff truly knows how to put a smile on your face.
