I have to agree with the other reviews.I have been using this bank for over 10 years.They were more customer focused in the past.Now as mentioned earlier they are closed during lunch and on weekends.Not a good way to do business. They also don’t offer as many perks as other banks that I have been speaking with (at least not to their long time customers).I would not recommend them if you need services that are convenient for you.There are much better options.

Horrible bank ! Tried to open a business account as they rejected me because I would not agree to move all of my money and for them to be my primary business account. Wow how stupid ! And they don’t even offer credit card processing but are requiring me to bring all of my business over. How would that even work ??? Ridiculous rules !!!
If you do not plan to use this as your main account with a direct deposit, and pay at least 1 bill off this account, dont even bother, they only want to be your main account. Tried to start an account, but was denied since it's not my main account.
I am client with this bank over 26 years, great service especially from loan officers
