Today, May 8, 2026, at approximately 2:44 PM, I visited Citizens National Bank located at 102 Harris Ave, Red Oak, TX 75154, intending to inquire about opening a business account after mistakenly arriving there instead of another bank where I had a scheduled appointment. Only use this bank if you does not like being able to access your own money Once you deposit your money here it's not your money anymore, it's theirs, and you have to ask permission you can work at a job for 5 years and they will still put a 24 hour hold on your direct deposit also, you will never be able to purchase anything online.You will always get a please contact your card issuer error code and when you call to ask why they will say they don't know , it's probably on the merchants end and rush you off the phone with my... read more
I have to agree with the other reviews.I have been using this bank for over 10 years.They were more customer focused in the past.Now as mentioned earlier they are closed during lunch and on weekends.Not a good way to do business. They also don’t offer as many perks as other banks that I have been speaking with (at least not to their long time customers).I would not recommend them if you need services that are convenient for you.There are much better options.
