Went to the commercial line and the lady said I forgot to sign my checks so she sent them back without putting them under the weight holder. So as soon as she open the drawer they went flying in the parking lot. I had to chase them down to get them. She didn’t bother to apologize or anything.
The worse bank ever if you are not the race of choice! I was building a shop at our new home and the contractor preferred cash so I sent my wife to get cash out of one of our 3 accounts!! And wow she was treated like a scammer or something!! Mind you we had 2 business accounts with 20 times the amount she asked for, but because their branch manager Michael King is racist he basically tried Not to give my wife the cash until I called our attorney. This Is A Wounderful Bank, I Have Trusted This Bank For A Very Long Time, They Are Amazing On There Coustmer Service And There Fraud Department As Well The Only Sad Part Is That I Seen So Many Bad Reviews On This In General, The Only Thing That Makes Me Little Sad It They Are Closed On Weekends, But I Understand Thye Need Rest Too I Just Wish They Could Be Open From Monday-Friday From 12Am-4Pm And With There ATM Could Do Coins Bit Otherwise A Very Awsome Bank They Have Driveway To Get Job Done And Fast Or Walk In To Get It D... read more

Today, May 8, 2026, at approximately 2:44 PM, I visited Citizens National Bank located at 102 Harris Ave, Red Oak, TX 75154, intending to inquire about opening a business account after mistakenly arriving there instead of another bank where I had a scheduled appointment.
