Management has changed - They could careless about the customers.
I love this bank, I've been with them for two decades. However, this location the agents inside are just not as friendly and helpful as I am accustomed to. This bank has bent over backwards to help me for so many years and I love them. But when I walk into this location, it does not have the same feel. It's like a big city bank that doesn't care about the individual.

This is a branch of the bank headquartered in Waxahachie. You would do well to avoid this establishment. Their phone app is confusing and hard to follow; a charge that has been debited on one date may get moved to another date when it can incur an nsf charge. They also claimed I had a $254 debt from 13 years ago, with no documentation to back it up, and no advisory that any such debt existed during that entire 13 years. Check out the reviews for the Waxahachie branches. Not all good.
