Have been banking with them for years and love their personal service.
Recently i got a small settlement from my dad's passing. Had banked here 5 years, paid an auto loan off, and a personal loan. Management has changed - They could careless about the customers.
I love this bank, I've been with them for two decades. However, this location the agents inside are just not as friendly and helpful as I am accustomed to. This bank has bent over backwards to help me for so many years and I love them. But when I walk into this location, it does not have the same feel. It's like a big city bank that doesn't care about the individual.
Great local bank that takes great care of you.
