I can't say anything about the bank or the staff, but the drive-through is positioned so close to the building that you can hardly drive out of the spaces. If you look at the poles, lots of people have hit them! That drive-through area needs to be torn down and repositioned. It's dangerous
Out of state issues are not resolved with any kind of quickness. Don’t take a trip and expect to have access to your money. Mobile banking app is junk and messes up continuously. Very aggravating. Could not transfer funds, barely made it to where we were going.
Citizens bank in Lebanon is second to none when it comes to helpful tellers and staff. They go above and beyond to make banking with them a easy simple experience.
