Super nice workers…very fast and efficient
Tellers are always nice when using drive thru or if I go inside.
This afternoon I waited in the drive thru for a minimum of ten minutes before someone asked me if I had been assisted, I responded no and stated what I needed, then I had to walk in the Lobby which was closing in three minutes, to complete my banking business. The door was unlocked for me to exit at 5:07PM, what should have taken five minutes was accomplished in twenty. Not happy with the service at Citizens Bank of Kentucky.
