We've been at the Coupland Citizens bank for 10 years or so and couldn't be happier. Machelle is usually the one working the counter and is always super helpful and attentive. All of the staff is great and always friendly.
Love our bank! The ladies there at my branch are so helpful, I love the small town bank friendliness. Machelle especially helped me with a fraudulent charge, I was so thankful to her!
