Walked in to open an account and there were 4 people working and no customers. They told us we couldn’t open an account because they didn’t have enough staff and some of them were getting ready to go to lunch. No offer as to when they’d be able to help us, just “no we can’t” —-We won’t be back.
I've been with this bank for many years. Amazing services and personnel.
