App is having problems “your temporary password has expired”
This is probably the worst bank I've been with and I plan on switching banks at this point. When I need to view my account their website never loads. I will sit there for like 5 minutes and all i see is a spinning wheel. I can't see my credit card balance so I have to manually write everything down and add it up. There app also does not work.

I just closed out an account at this bank. It was called citizens but they had a name change. I opened this account because I didn't want my Ebay account attached my main bank accounts in case I was ever hacked. I havent had a ebay sell in so long I didn't realize there was a name change at this bank and they put my account on the dormant list. I was changed $12 service fee for no service because I wasn't using the account, $5 dormant fee and $3 because they sent my statement by mail. I showed her the paper I recieved in the... read more
