I have bank at Citizens National Bank sense 1972 .They have good friendly people to serve me and my family for last 53 years.My opinion they are the best in Somerset Ky. I mostly go to the 27 Branch , they are kind to you and will go out of there way to help you.
The girls at the 27 are the best! They are always so friendly!
I’ve banked with citizens for over 30 years. They always go above & beyond for me- treat me like I’m a part of their family.

Absolute joke of a “bank” if you can even call it that! So I called ahead to see what I needed to get my name changed on my account get told that oh yeah we can here at the side branch in front of Mr. gatti’s well I get there mind you after working all night and the lady at the desk was BEYOND RUDE!!! Not only did she get an attitude with me she told me that they don’t do that at that location (again I called ahead to verify that they did before driving up there) and that I would have to wait till 9 for the other location in... read more
