Love these guys! Great group of people who are always friendly and willing to help. I have a few different accounts with them and always feel confident in the level of expertise and skill David Moore shows that my finances are in good hands.
All of the staff is incredible but I want to give a big shoutout to David Moore for helping me with Construction loans over the years! As a local cabin builder having a banker who knows the best products is extremely valuable! Can’t recommend this branch and CNBs loan products enough!
I can't say enough good things about the downtown Gatlinburg branch. I use them for my business accounts, personal banking, and a HELOC, and every experience has been great. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with whatever I need. They truly make you feel valued as a customer. If you're looking for a bank with amazing service, this is the place.
Scam bank, with no reason I got notified that my card was Revoked and I have to come to the branch to close my account 😵💫 and all of that in the middle of the day they turned off everything on my card, like no Taxi, no Uber, no Lyft no purchase groceries which is absolutely unacceptable, only because I wanted to take insight of documents for disputed charges which I have right for it, and they didn't want it, Chief had some racist comments towards me and never really never had a help from this bank, generally very veryy u... read more
