They are a great bank, they’re fast, helpful, but whenever I need anything and have to call them it sends you to a call center which is filled with Betty, Rue, and another lady. Rue is helpful, kind, great energy, joyful on the phone, but the other two treat me very horribly. It is some of the worst unprofessional I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. Very condescending, passive aggressive, sly, and pretty down right rude while not ever being helpful.
Everyone here is so helpful, kind and respectful. I enjoy the ease of banking here. CNB helps in all my business and personal needs.
10/10 I would absolutely recommend. The employees are always very polite and help whenever they can. Constantly trying to go above and beyond to help everyone that comes by.
I just have to say that this is one of the best banks I've ever been gone through! Their hours are very flexible and consistent. Staff is very kind and responds within a couple business days for support. I am starting a business and and Citizens National Bank was able to get me a great business loan. Their app and online banking works great! I highly recommend this bank! Again very supportive and kind staff!
