We had a Great time at the Customer Appreciation Day yesterday in Corsicana! We Appreciate ya'll so much and we are so proud to have been members of this wonderful bank since 2004! Every time i go to this location it’s a problem it never fails they never try to help! the people they have at the window have such attitude seems like I’m bothering them by going and wanting to take my money out so unprofessional!!!!

Bank closed my checking account after I suffered debit card fraud in April. Bank accused me of making the 4 charges and giving merchant personal data. I am a 17 yr. customer and felt bank verbally and emotionally abused me in this matter. I was disrepected due to my age. Bank never credited my account the missing money within 2 days after I reported it, and closed the dispute one day later, saying no error had occurred.
