You can never reach anybody at the actual branch when you call !It automatically goes to automated service and they never answer ! I’ve spent more than two days trying to find someone to talk to at the bank.I have yet to speak to a local person. What a disappointment!
I am so glad to have a bank with such helpful staff! I usually go to the downtown branch since it's so close to my work. David Jenkins and the rest of the staff there are absolutely the best. So helpful in getting accounts situated, buying my car and taking on personal loans. It's been the most pleasant experience I've had at a bank. Thank you CNB
