It has went straight to the dumper since new staff is ther kourtney was great id give them a negative 5 if i could the one older lady keeps stopping my card cause we had issues and now none of my family had xmas and power is getting shut off and well ve freezing i think they should be responsible for reconnect fees and the trouble they have cquse ne and my family. Get old staff back but idc im closing my acct and going to tva im a 10+ ye member and they was great now they suckkkkkkkkkk.
