This is the best bank I’ve ever had. Kristina and every single person they hire are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. This location is everything you ever needed in a bank and then some. I cancelled a debit card on one of my accounts due to a creditor trying to take double payments out of my account. I called, due to being ill, and it was cancelled. I went in months later and got a new card. Last week, that company ran a payment on that cancelled card and the bank let it go through. How and why? When I called the girl was rude to me and said yes they can do that. Whats the point in canceling the card and paying for a new one. Seriously considering changing banks after being with this bank for many years.
