Good service trough out the process on my property purchase
Kacper, Josh and team saved our foreclosure sale from falling through after another law firm failed to perform. At the end of the day all we wanted to do was close on the home and that’s exactly what they did for us. We’re so appreciative and would definitely recommend them and will be back if we need them in the future! Thank you!!

Joshua Martin is the absolutely worse lawyer. Literally will set up meetings for a call and won’t show up for them. Then once you email him he will literally ignore the emails for over a year. Then when he needs information he wants to rush and harass you for the information. His minion JJ Bissoon-Dath is very sassy and rude. I would recommend literally going to any other lawyer besides Josh. He just doesn’t care for his clients.
