This Bank thinks they control your money. I haven't been with them long but I've had many many issues and today was the final straw. They refused to increase the limit on my debit card so I could do what I needed to do. With my money! I am going to switch over to a new bank and I will never recommend this bank to any human being that wants to actually be able to use their own money

My experience with citizens bank has been terrible from the start. Unjustified fees were taken from my account. Customer service is terrible—I had multiple times no one even answered the phone. Even when I did get ahold of someone they were not very helpful. Staffing seems to be poor. Transfers take longer than they should. Just an overall awful company.
