I've been banking with CGB for several years now and overall have been happy with their services. They are friendly and quick to respond to inquiries. The main thing I have to complain about is that they don't offer free statements in spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) form. I recently had to close one of my accounts and it turns out it costs $6 per statement/month to get the last couple of monthly statements, and I can no longer download them from the online portal.
