I actually reached through a another number I was given. I ran out of K1 & had no heat. I had called 10 other companies. Citizens actually worked me in. The driver was so courteous and the man on the phone was so helpful. I cried when he said I would get my tank filled today and zi now have heat. I would highly recommend this company for any oil needs.
