Snobby management and HR, management has little to no communication with everyone else, certain people in the upper management don't get in trouble for blatant violations of debit card management, and filing a sexual harassment report against the CEO/COO at the Trempealeau branch gets you a hostile work environment with management and HR looking for reasons to get rid of you and the harassment is also covered up.
